It's Girl Scout Cookie time again. Tagalongs and Thin Mints are classics and I LOVE them, but this year we got one of the new flavors, Dulce de Leche, because my mother loves caramel. I hate to say it but they're kind of a let down. :-\ Did anyone get the new lemon ones? They took away Lemon Chalets and replaced them with a new lemon cookie, and I'm a little wary.

Date: 2012-03-05 06:08 am (UTC)I'm in small town, and here the girls and their moms go out in front of the grocery stores on the weekends and afternoons once school's out, and dance around and grin and play and eagerly ask you if you'd like to buy cookies, and a lot of the time look super delighted when you say yes, which is half the fun. I used to do it myself, and you get a lot of rude "NO"s, and it's usually pretty darn cold/rainy here in cookie season. Pop-up stores sounds Aaaawesome.
