What's funny to me is that it would be really easy to make it daily play friendly - earn a Galleon each day that you log in. Use them for potion ingredients or offer more things that can be 'purchased' (chocolate frog cards, games like gobstones or exploding snap, books with even more info in them, etc.). That's all it would take. *shrug* Maybe it's stuff that's meant to come along with other books and we'll see more of it later, who knows.
