Everyone must watch this show and love it. *bangs gavel* If I can force enough of you people to get into it, I can demand a little PSL and my RP life will be complete.

Also, I looked online when the suites are available, and I think I may actually think about renting one for a month. >.> Suite one is available 19 December (I'd try to book it for January, I think), and suite three is available for February. Maybe it will be a birthday treat for myself, or something. What do you think? You'd have to come visit me for a weekend or something, of course. I feel like it's kind of a splurge, but it could also maybe be life changing.

I said think a lot. You know why? Because I just spent nine hours with a 3 year old boy who speaks mainly Japanese, using me as a human jungle gym. :-| I am not thinking at all. I'm on autopilot.

and ohhhhh my gosh!!! they both look so amazing *___* and if you think about it, ~$1400/mo might be expensive but is actually absurdly fucking cheap if you think of it as a hotel rather than a normal apartment (since it's furnished, has internet, etc). also, i'm actually (f)unemployed for january & february, so i'd be free to visit you whenever, if you do splurge and do it! ugh it's just so beautiful, i can't. seems like it'd be a nice space for you to spend the month on relaxing, unwinding, decompressing, wandering the city, etc. ♥

I kiiiind of want to see if I could get a work visa, just for kicks, and see what I find there? I don't know. I'm in a rut, I have been for a long time. I need to do something dramatic. Last January I was there and almost half of the businesses were closed for 1-3 weeks, just for a general city wide work holiday, it seemed like. So maybe February.

j'approve of dramatic lifechangey events! although work visas are a complex world that i can offer no help in :( i dunno if the best route is to somehow secure a job beforehand, or if maybe it'd be possible to enter as a visitor, get hired, then apply for a visa once you have an employer on-hand? idkkkkk

but it would be cool if you could get out of your rut; i know you've been itching for something else.

also, out of curiosity: will you be around tonight?
